A 20-second faceless 3D mannequin, one glowing muscle, three drills, and a free test in bio. Here is the format behind Instagram's @fitprotocol__, what is proven and what is only claimed, and a prompt stack to make your own.

What is real and what is a claim

Sources and notes
- Seen in the clip: the @fitprotocol__ Reels grid shows 1.8M, 903K, 856K, 847K, 748K, 643K, 621K, 562K and 519K views. Follower count was blurry (about 136K).
- Claim: "the app behind this page is making $50,000/mo" is a claim by @Deserclaude. The post does not name the app, and we found no revenue proof (no store listing, Appfigures or founder post).
- Bio link: the profile points to bento.me/fitprotocol. On Oct 30, 2026 that address redirected to the Linktree homepage, so we could not see the app behind it.
- Claim: "made in 5 minutes, 100% automated with Claude". Nothing in the clip shows the method. The look is a 3D render or AI video, not code motion graphics. Claude can write the script and prompts; it does not render a 3D body by itself.
- The post quotes an X article, "How to run a $1M company with AI employees" (link); its title is about AI agents and it names no app.

The 20-second formula
"Wrists hurt in pushups?"
Glowing muscle + "3 X 10"
"What's your push score? Free test, link in bio"
The funnel
Reel (one pain, one fix) → free test or quiz in bio (gives a score) → app or paid plan that fixes the score. The free test is the hinge: it turns a viewer into a lead with one tap and makes the paid step feel personal.
Tools for each step
The prompt stack
You write 20-second faceless fitness Reels for Instagram and TikTok.
Topic: [PAIN, e.g. wrists hurt in pushups]
Audience: [WHO, e.g. men 25-45 who train at home]
App or offer: [NAME] with a free [TEST/QUIZ] in bio.
Write the voiceover, max 55 words, in this order:
1. Hook (0-2s): the pain as a question, under 6 words.
2. Why (2-5s): one plain cause, no jargon.
3. Fix (5-17s): 3 drills. Each line: drill name + sets x reps.
4. CTA (17-20s): "What's your [SCORE]? Free test, link in bio."
Rules: second person, short words, no medical claims, no promises of results.
Also output: on-screen text for each line (max 4 words) and which muscle should glow.Turn this script into a 5-shot storyboard for a 20-second vertical 9:16 Reel.
Style lock (repeat in every shot): one faceless matte grey 3D muscular mannequin, black shorts, dark charcoal studio, soft rim light, target muscle glowing neon orange-red, slow camera.
For each shot give: shot number, seconds, mannequin pose and movement, camera move, which muscle glows, on-screen text (sets x reps), and a one-line video prompt under 60 words.
Script:
[PASTE SCRIPT]Vertical 9:16, 4 seconds. A faceless matte grey 3D anatomical mannequin with an athletic muscular build, black shorts, in a dark charcoal studio with soft rim light. It performs [DRILL, e.g. a slow knuckle pushup on a dark mat]. The [MUSCLE, e.g. forearms and wrists] glow bright neon orange-red under the skin like heat. Slow push-in camera, smooth realistic motion, clean CGI render, no text, no face, no logo.Voice: calm, confident male coach, mid-30s, American, close mic, no music.
Pace: about 150 words per minute, short pause after the hook question.
Text to read:
[PASTE VOICEOVER]Make a CapCut-ready edit list for this Reel.
Clips: [LIST CLIP FILES IN ORDER]
Voiceover: [FILE], 20 seconds.
For each clip: in and out time, the 3D text overlay (e.g. "3 X 10") with its position, and one sound effect.
End card (last 3s): "[SCORE] TEST" + "link in bio".Tips that keep the character consistent
- Make one clean still of the mannequin first, then use it as the start image for every clip (image to video).
- Paste the same style lock line into every shot prompt.
- Generate 4 to 5 second clips and cut them; long clips drift.
- Add the "3 X 10" text in the editor, not in the video prompt. AI video still garbles text.

Format 2: real content, then the app finishes the job

POV hands, French song, no voice
Same Reel on a phone, tap Share, pick Osta
Full recipe saved. The demo is the CTA
About the app
Osta (iOS recipe app, also on Google Play) by General Digital Connoisseurs Ltd. It imports recipes from Instagram, TikTok and websites into folders and shared grocery lists. Free with ads; Premium $7.99 a month or $49.99 to $59.99 a year. App Store: 4.8 stars from 6.8K ratings, #79 in Food and Drink (read Oct 30, 2026). No public revenue found. The listing does not say it uses AI.
Write a 30 to 45 second Instagram Reel that sells [APP] without a voiceover.
App job: [WHAT THE APP DOES IN ONE LINE, e.g. saves a recipe from any Reel].
Beat 1 (0 to 30s): satisfying real content in [NICHE], POV hands, no talking, one trending song, a short cursive title. List 8 to 10 shots.
Beat 2 (30 to 34s): cut to a hand holding a phone playing this same Reel. Show the tap on Share, then [APP] in the share sheet.
Beat 3 (34 to 43s): the payoff screen inside [APP] (e.g. the full result saved). Hold it 3 seconds so people can read it.
Also give: the caption (one line, names the app), the on-screen title, and 3 ways to make beat 1 more satisfying.
Rules: no spoken CTA, no claims about results or reviews.
Cost per video
| Step | Price source | Per 20s video |
|---|---|---|
| Clips: 20s of Kling 3.0, 1080p, no audio | Kling API: $0.112 per second | $2.24 (720p: $1.68) |
| Voiceover: about 300 characters | ElevenLabs: Starter $6/mo for 30K credits, 1 credit per character | about $0.06 |
| Script, storyboard, edit | Claude free plan, CapCut free tier | $0 |
So about $1.75 to $2.30 per video if every clip works on the first try. Our estimate: plan for 2 to 3 tries per shot, so roughly $4 to $7. Prices read Oct 30, 2026. On Kling's Standard plan ($8.80/mo for 660 credits, per Wireflow), 660 credits cover about 110 seconds of 720p video.
Use the format in other niches
- Posture or back pain: glowing spine, "Desk back?" hook, free posture test.
- Skincare: 3D face map, glowing problem zone, free skin quiz.
- Running: glowing knees, "Knees hurt after runs?", free gait test.
- Sleep: 3D brain glow, "Wake up at 3am?", free sleep score.
- Pets: 3D dog with glowing joints, free mobility check.
Keep the same three parts: one pain, a visual of where it hurts, and a free score in bio.
