Anthropic Files S-1 for Its Proposed IPO
Anthropic filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the SEC for a proposed IPO of its Class A common stock. It plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol ANT. The number of shares and the price range are not set yet, and the registration statement is not yet effective, so no shares can be sold. CNBC reports the company confidentially filed in June, and its live coverage leads with net revenue retention of around 900% and an $80.7 billion loss in the first half of 2026. AP says it could be the biggest IPO ever, with a Wall Street debut possibly next month. This is news, not investment advice.
