Etsy Now Requires a Real Photo of Every Item
Etsy updated its AI rules for sellers. Each listing needs at least one unedited photo of the actual item on a real background, and every other photo must show the item accurately. AI-made patterns, recipes and instructions need to show a real finished result. Buyers may get refunds when items differ from the listing, and listings made by bots with no human involvement are removed, which can cost you the shop.
