Full write-up & sources
What they did: After 9 months unemployed, the Redditor stopped sending one resume everywhere. For each job they used ChatGPT to rewrite their bullet points around the keywords in that job description, so the resume would get through applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Results: Over the next 3 weeks they report about 30 tailored applications, 6 screening calls, 4 interviews and an accepted offer for a remote job (Reddit, r/jobsearch, about 800 upvotes).
Worth knowing: Thirty tailored applications did what months of generic ones did not. Keep every rewritten bullet true to what you actually did.
