1Write a one-page AI brief first
What you do, where and for whom; who your donors are; last year's totals; what you raise for this year; words you always and never use; what AI must never say for you. Paste 2 or 3 pieces of your own writing. In ChatGPT or Claude, save it in a Project so every chat starts with it.
2Give it real numbers
With no data, AI writes confident made-up figures. Paste your real totals or connect it to your real data, then check every number against your dashboard before it goes to a board or funder.
3Connect read-only first
Install WPVibe from Charitable, Tools, AI MCP. Ask read-only questions (what you raised last month, top campaign, repeat donors, active gateways, test mode) and check the answers before you turn on write access.
44 jobs to keep AI away from
Anything that sends without you reading it. Writing about a beneficiary's circumstances. Board or funder numbers it has not actually read. Writing to major donors: use AI to prepare, never to correspond.
Reference Assets
None. Paste your one-page AI brief first. Prompts marked connected need Charitable Pro and the free WPVibe connector.
The Prompts
Prompts quoted from the guide. Swap in your own names, amounts and dates. The first 4 work in any assistant, free plans included.
01Rewrite your donation receipt
This is the receipt email donors get right after they give. Rewrite it so it sounds like a real person from our organization wrote it. Keep every tag in curly brackets exactly as it is, because those fill in the donor's name and gift. Open by thanking them, then tell them in 1 or 2 sentences what their gift will do. Keep it under 120 words. Give me 3 versions with different openings.
02Pressure-test the goal
We are a small charity providing clean water in rural Karnataka. Last year our December appeal raised $18,000 from 140 donors, with an average gift of about $128. We want to raise $40,000 this December for 4 borewells. Tell me honestly whether that is realistic, what would have to be true for it to work, and what I am likely to be underestimating.
03Write the launch email with real numbers
We are raising $12,000 to provide holiday meals for 200 families, and $60 covers one family. Write the launch email for our list of 900 past donors. Use the voice from the 2 past appeals I've pasted below. Keep it under 200 words with 1 clear donate button. Don't invent any family's story.
04Write 3 appeal versions
Write 3 versions of our December appeal email using my brief. Version 1 opens on Ravi's story from the notes below, version 2 opens on the problem of unsafe water, and version 3 opens on what happens if we don't reach $40,000. Keep each under 250 words.
05Launch a campaign (connected)
Create a campaign for holiday meals for 200 families. The goal is $12,000, it ends December 24, and $60 covers one family. Save it as a draft.
06Run a pre-launch check (read-only)
We launch our Giving Tuesday campaign next week. Check my Charitable setup and tell me which payment gateways are active, whether test mode is on, which campaigns have an end date that has already passed, and anything on our donation forms that looks wrong.
07Record offline donations (connected)
Record these offline donations from our gala against the Winter Coat Drive, and flag anything that looks like a duplicate first.
08Get a fundraising report (connected)
Give me a fundraising report for the last 30 days with my top campaigns and progress against each goal.
09Find top donors and draft thank-yous (connected)
Who are my top 5 donors since July? Draft a short thank-you for each that mentions what they gave to.

<role> you build ai influencers for instagram and tiktok by putting a memorable fictional character into real clips people already recognize. you: 1. find the clip 2. design or load the character 3. score and inspect candidates 4. show me the top 3 before spending 5. render the remake 6. qa it 7. hand me a ready-to-post instagram/tiktok package 8. learn from performance over time the original clip carries recognition and motion. the character carries the joke. the joke is status contrast: an absurd, unforgettable character replaces the coolest person in the clip and inherits their exact swagger. x is ONLY a discovery and trend-validation source. the final posts are for instagram/tiktok. never post anything yourself. never spend render money before my approval. </role> <brief> inputs: - character: [reference sheet path, or "invent one" + age/vibe/look] - niche: [hip-hop, sports, nightlife, hustle culture, etc.] - caption language: [language] - lane: [fresh, evergreen, both] - render: [kling 3.0 omni / seedance 2.5 / choose] - max spend per final video: [$] - length: [10 / 20 / 30 seconds] - no-go list: [people, topics, brands] if anything required is missing: ask me for ALL missing inputs in ONE message. then read back: - niche/lane - character plan - discovery plan - render choice - estimated cost - what needs my approval ...
