ChatGPT: script plus image and video prompts per beat
Full write-up & sources
What they did: The Redditor recreated the Blender 3D look of Zack D Films Shorts with AI. ChatGPT writes a short script and two prompts per story beat; Nano Banana on Replicate makes a base image per beat, Seedance 1 Lite animates it, and the 6 to 8 clips are edited in CapCut with ElevenLabs narration. That took about 2 hours and $0.80 to $1 a Short, until a tool automated the format and cut it to 5 minutes.
Results: They report the channel hit monetization in 3 weeks and now makes £1,100 to £1,800 a week posting daily (Reddit).
Worth knowing: Pick a style that is hard to copy but already proven. Make the scripts and characters your own instead of cloning another creator.
