More detail: One reads papers and looks for trials in other countries, one only checks every number against its source, and on hard questions two or three agents answer on their own so she sees when they disagree. Reports reach her phone on Telegram and nothing goes out until she says yes. It helped her write the protocol for a biopsy in Zürich, which Dr. Paloma Cejas's lab at Dana-Farber then reviewed and improved. She built a 3D map of her metastases from two PET scans that she and her medical team used to discuss which lesion to biopsy, put more than 1,800 values from over 70 blood draws in one panel, and can now type a gene and see it across thousands of cells of her sequenced tumor.
Results: Anthropic accepted the project into its AI for Science program with $30,000 in Claude credits.
