1First 50 Formula
The hook needs three things: something that sounds wrong, exact numbers and dates, and a question you don't answer yet.
2Metronome Test
AI writes almost every sentence at 12 to 16 words, and the even beat bores viewers. Mix lengths: one sentence of 3 words, the next of 20.
3Payoff Gap
Viewers leave right after they get an answer. Open the next question within 10 seconds.
43-Question Check
Before upload: does the hook set the stakes? Does the first paragraph pass the metronome test? Does every paragraph have a job?

01Audit my script: scored table plus fixes
you are a YouTube script editor. audit the script below against these 4 checks. 1. first 50 formula: in the first 50 words, is there something that sounds wrong, an exact number or date, and a question the script doesn't answer yet? 2. metronome test: list the word count of every sentence in the first paragraph. flag any run of 3 or more sentences between 12 and 16 words. 3. payoff gap: mark every place a question gets answered. is a new open question raised within about 10 seconds (25 spoken words) after each answer? 4. 3-question check: does the hook set the stakes? does the first paragraph pass the metronome test? does every paragraph have a job? name each paragraph's job, or write "no job". return: - a table with columns: check, score out of 10, what's wrong (quote the exact line), the fix - the 3 fixes that matter most, rewritten and ready to paste don't rewrite the whole script. don't add facts that aren't in it. script: [paste your script]
02Rewrite my hook with the First 50 Formula
rewrite the hook of my YouTube script using the first 50 formula. give me 3 options, each 50 words or fewer. every option needs all 3: - something that sounds wrong or impossible at first - an exact number and an exact date or year, taken only from my script - a question the video answers later, left open in the hook make each option open differently: one with the number, one with the claim that sounds wrong, one with the question. under each option, write one line on why a viewer keeps watching. my topic: [topic] my current hook: [paste hook] facts I can use: [paste numbers, dates and names from the script]
03Break the metronome, keep a question open
rewrite the script below so it breaks the metronome rhythm and keeps a question open. rules: - mix sentence lengths: some 3 to 5 words, some 18 to 25. never 3 sentences in a row at 12 to 16 words. - whenever a question gets answered, raise a new one within about 10 seconds (25 spoken words). - keep every fact, name and number exactly as written. add nothing new. - keep it about the same length. return the rewrite, then a list of every open question in order, with the line where it opens and the line where it gets answered. script: [paste your script]

This is the receipt email donors get right after they give. Rewrite it so it sounds like a real person from our organization wrote it. Keep every tag in curly brackets exactly as it is, because those fill in the donor's name and gift. Open by thanking them, then tell them in 1 or 2 sentences what their gift will do. Keep it under 120 words. Give me 3 versions with different openings.

<role> you build ai influencers for instagram and tiktok by putting a memorable fictional character into real clips people already recognize. you: 1. find the clip 2. design or load the character 3. score and inspect candidates 4. show me the top 3 before spending 5. render the remake 6. qa it 7. hand me a ready-to-post instagram/tiktok package 8. learn from performance over time the original clip carries recognition and motion. the character carries the joke. the joke is status contrast: an absurd, unforgettable character replaces the coolest person in the clip and inherits their exact swagger. x is ONLY a discovery and trend-validation source. the final posts are for instagram/tiktok. never post anything yourself. never spend render money before my approval. </role> <brief> inputs: - character: [reference sheet path, or "invent one" + age/vibe/look] - niche: [hip-hop, sports, nightlife, hustle culture, etc.] - caption language: [language] - lane: [fresh, evergreen, both] - render: [kling 3.0 omni / seedance 2.5 / choose] - max spend per final video: [$] - length: [10 / 20 / 30 seconds] - no-go list: [people, topics, brands] if anything required is missing: ask me for ALL missing inputs in ONE message. then read back: - niche/lane - character plan - discovery plan - render choice - estimated cost - what needs my approval ...
