Tools: our best guess, not confirmed by the creators
None of these accounts names its tools. They look like a consistent 3D character made with an image model (e.g. Midjourney or Krea), animated with image-to-video (e.g. Kling, Seedance or Hailuo) and edited in CapCut.

Our prompts
Character sheet
Character design sheet, two stylized 3D animated squirrels, a cozy couple, premium feature-animation style, soft subsurface fur, big expressive glossy eyes, plain white background, even studio light. Character A "Pip" (male): chunky round orange-red squirrel, huge fluffy tail, cream belly and muzzle, slightly sleepy half-lidded eyes, small buck teeth. Character B "Hazel" (female): smaller, soft grey-beige fur, cream belly, a lilac satin bow on her head, long lashes, rosy cheeks. For each: front, 3/4, side, back turnaround; plus an expression row: happy, deadpan bored, annoyed, shocked wide-eyed, sulking, blushing in love. Height comparison side by side. Consistent proportions, labeled, 16:9.
Start frame
9:16 vertical still, the two squirrels from the reference sheet sitting side by side on a deep navy velvet sofa in a cozy living room at night, warm lamp light, a wooden bookshelf blurred behind, a pale blue cushion on the left, a wooden coffee table with a TV remote in the soft-focus foreground, medium shot at sofa height, shallow depth of field, 3D animated film look.
Clip A · 0–10s
Locked static camera, medium shot. The small grey squirrel with a lilac bow keeps leaning over to kiss the orange squirrel's cheek, quick pecks, again and again. At first he smiles, then his smile slowly fades into a flat deadpan stare straight at the camera. Cartoon squash-and-stretch timing, expressive faces, fur reacts softly, cozy lamp light. No camera movement, no new characters, keep the set identical.
Clip B · 10–20s
Locked static camera. The orange squirrel leans away, annoyed. The grey squirrel crosses her arms, pouts and turns her back to him, sulking. He freezes, then his eyes go huge and shocked as he realizes his mistake. Comedic timing, clear readable expressions, same set and lighting.
Clip C · 20–30s
The orange squirrel suddenly lunges and wraps her in a big hug, smothering her cheek in rapid kisses, tails swishing. Then both settle back side by side on the sofa, eyes closed, big pink blush on both cheeks, blissful smiles. Slow gentle camera push-in at the end. Warm, wholesome, 3D animated film style.
Export the last frame of clip A and use it as the start image for clip B, then B's last frame for C. The set never changes, so the joins disappear. Settings: 9:16, 10s per clip, character sheet + start frame as references.

The storyboard method: one board, two sections: a character sheet (front, side, back views plus expressions) and a timed shot-by-shot storyboard (0:00-0:04, 0:04-0:06…). The whole board goes to Seedance as the reference. Our version is template 3 below.
His workflow (KODA)
- Gemini 4 Argon makes a character sheet of an original panda named NIKO.
Create a premium character-design reference sheet on a clean light cream / pale warm-yellow studio background for an entirely original young giant panda named NIKO...
- The sheet goes into Seedance 2.5 as the exact visual reference.
Use the attached Niko character sheet as the exact visual reference for Niko. Maintain his identical face...
- The result: a 30-second 3D animated short.

Our prompt pack
Our own templates for an animal couple. Fill in the [brackets].
1 · Character sheet (Gemini or any image model)
Create a premium 3D feature-film character reference sheet for an original animal couple. Characters: 1) [NAME 1], a [animal], [fur colours], [eye colour], [size/shape], wearing [outfit detail + one signature accessory]. 2) [NAME 2], a [animal], [fur colours], [eye colour], [size/shape], wearing [outfit detail + one signature accessory]. Layout, top to bottom: - Turnaround row for each character: front, side and back view, full body, same scale, standing side by side. - Expression row for each: happy, shy, surprised, sulking, laughing, sleepy (head close-ups). - Colour palette swatches for each: 5 labelled swatches (fur, accents, eyes, outfit). - Outfit detail callouts: close-ups of the accessories and fabric. Style: stylised 3D animated feature-film look, soft fur, big expressive eyes, soft studio lighting. Background: clean light cream studio background, no clutter, neat labels, no watermark.
2 · Video (Seedance, with the sheet attached)
Use the attached [NAME 1] & [NAME 2] character sheet as the exact visual reference. Keep their faces, fur colours, proportions and outfits identical in every shot. Vertical 9:16, about 10 seconds, stylised 3D feature-film animation. Scene: [place, time of day, lighting]. Action: [NAME 1] [small sweet gesture, e.g. hides a tiny gift behind their back]; [NAME 2] [reaction, e.g. notices, pretends to be annoyed, then melts into a hug]. Camera: slow push-in, then a close-up on both faces for the reaction. Mood: cosy and wholesome, gentle fur and cloth movement, no dialogue, no on-screen text.
3 · Storyboard board (character sheet + timed shots)
STORYBOARD BOARD (one image, two sections). Clean light background, neat labels, 3D feature-film style. SECTION A, CHARACTER SHEET: [NAME 1], a [animal, colours, outfit] and [NAME 2], a [animal, colours, outfit]. SFX: warm strings. 0:14-0:15 | Wide end card: both walk away under one umbrella. SFX: rain fades. Then in Seedance: Use the attached board as the exact visual reference. Keep both characters identical to Section A and follow Section B shot by shot, matching each time range, camera and sound cue. Vertical 9:16, 15 seconds, no on-screen text.
Why it works
No words, so it plays in any country.
Same two characters every time, so people follow them like a show.
"Send this to your love" turns every view into a share.
Instagram labels many of these Reels "AI content". Keep the label on, and make your own characters rather than copying someone else's.
